Personal Development – Managing Anger

Does anger interfere with your everyday life?  We run an Anger Management Course to help you understand anger and how to manage it.

  • Understand what anger is
  • Understand the difference between assertiveness and aggression
  • What can trigger anger
  • Coping strategies to manage anger more effectively

This course consist of six, 2 hour sessions over 6 weeks in a small group.  A qualified tutor will teach techniques and lead discussion in an informal, safe and supportive environment where you can challenge your existing ideas around anger, explore current coping skills, develop these and new skills, to help you manage anger more effectively.
