This course increases confidence and enjoyment of life. It also helps recovery when confidence has been shattered by a mental health condition or emotional distress.

Practical ways to build confidence are explored, e.g. a personal Confidence Building Action Plan is created with help, guidance and discussion. With support to remember and value individual resources, ways to reintroduce and use skills are developed. Ways to break free from cyclic worry patterns are explored helping stimulate positive thinking. Rediscovery of social and creative activities that stretch, stimulate and bring pleasure help develop an increasingly positive and rewarding life.
