Many women feel more able to relax and share their concerns in a women only environment. Mind recognises the need for gender sensitive services and offers a range of women only groups for this purpose. Groups can range from open-door meeting places, yoga or exercise sessions to more structured support groups facilitated by a counsellor or mental health worker.
