It is vital for us to raise funds to support our services and activities in the local community. Fundraising contributions make a real difference to the lives of people experiencing mental ill health in Hertfordshire. That’s where your support comes in. We depend on the people who give their time, commitment, enthusiasm and energy to help us raise more funds so that we can reach more people within our local communities. Without the fundraising and donations from local people and local businesses, we would be unable to provide all the services we would like to.

To raise money and awareness of Mental Health in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire.
On Monday 7th May I will be running my first ever half marathon. In order to make this effort worthwhile, it would be great if I could raise some money for this marvellous local project run by Hertfordshire Mind. The Green Canteen in Watford is an eco-therapy project that supports people who are experiencing mental ill health. Your donation will help to continue this project, support people to develop new skills, gain horticultural experience, build confidence and self esteem.
