What we do For adults Work and employment Employment Support Service About the service Evidence shows that employment can be good for health and recovery. Meaningful employment can provide structure, motivation and purpose in life, help to build self-esteem and social networks as well as improve income levels. We offer a successful Employment Support Service at our Wellbeing Centres. The service uses the Individual Placement and Support Model; the most successful method of supporting people in gaining and retaining employment. We can also support to identify and access volunteering, work training or educational opportunities that could support a pathway into employment in the future as well as advice on helping you stay in your current job. How can we help? We can help you to get back into paid employment, retain existing employment or identify and access volunteering, work training or educational opportunities that could support a pathway into employment in the future. We can support you to retain your current employment, giving you support and advice on helping you to stay in your current job. We offer the following support dependent on where you are in your employment pathway: Work and Wellbeing Courses Employment Support Workshops Employment Mentoring Intensive Support Sessions Employment Opportunities – with our Grounds Maintenance and Workshop In Mind Social Enterprises and various employment and recruitment partners.
