Does anger interfere with your everyday life? Our Understanding Anger (& Other Emotions) course can help you understand anger and how to manage it.

Course aims and objectives

  • Understand what anger is
  • What can trigger anger
  • Understand the differences between assertiveness and aggression
  • Coping strategies to manage anger more effectively

Course format

This course is six 2 hour sessions over six weeks in a small group.  A qualified tutor will teach techniques and lead discussions in an informal, safe and supportive environment where you can challenge your existing ideas around anger, explore current coping skills, develop these and new coping skills, to help you manage your anger more effectively.
