What is yoga?


Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. The main components of yoga are postures (a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility) and breathing.

Our online Yoga Groups are a great opportunity for you to make time for yourself and your wellbeing. Led by a qualified yoga teacher you will learn the postures and breathing associated with yoga in the comfort of your own home. 

Group times

The online Yoga Group will take place every Wednesday from 6pm - 7pm.*

*Starting on Wednesday 3rd March 2021.

These sessions are available for Hertfordshire residents - we welcome all abilities so if you would like to sign up please get in touch!
