Ambassadors of Lived Experience

  • Explore how to use your lived experience to inspire hope and improved wellbeing. 
  • Understand how your lived experience can be used to improve and promote innovation in  mental health services.
  • Improve you confidence and Self- esteem and support the continuation of your recovery.
