Mindfulness and Relaxation
This course is for anyone who would like to learn the what, how and why of mindfulness and learn how to incorporate mindfulness and relaxation into their everyday lives.
- Gain understanding of the positive benefits of mindfulness and how it can be incorporated within your own life
- Develop a practical understanding of mindfulness and relaxation and their positive contribution to physical and emotional wellbeing
- Learn how you can take positive action allowing you to view thoughts and situations from a different perspective
- To start to develop the attitude of non-judgement and self-compassion and begin to challenge negative thinking
