Improve your mental health whilst raising vital funds for Hertfordshire Mind Network!

This May we’re asking you to take on 31 mindful challenges, one challenge every day of the month! Once you register you’ll receive a calendar with 31 challenges for you to complete in May – from expressing gratitude to doing Mindful miles! You’ll learn new mindfulness techniques whilst also raising funds to help people struggling with their mental health.

There is no registration fee, just enjoy being more mindful whilst raising some money!

Getting involved couldn’t be easier, just follow these three steps:

  1. Register for the challenge by creating your Just Giving page here.
  2. Ask family, friends & colleagues to support your challenge & sponsor you!
  3. Have fun and enjoy being more mindful!

The top fundraiser will receive a HMN Hoodie and a Voucher as a prize!!
