There is an exciting opportunity for the position of Wellbeing Access Worker, working closely in partnership with Hertfordshire Mind Network and the Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust Wellbeing Service to improve access and reach of mental health provision across Hertfordshire.

The post holder will play a key role marketing and promoting both organisation’s provision as well as ensuring relationships between both partners are maintained. The post holder will work to ensure that individuals who need to access mental health support are able to by providing accurate information and guidance.

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week
