Responsible to: Head of Resources
Responsible for: The coordination of the Wellbeing Admin Team, to support the organisation to deliver mental health support services. They will also support and advise the admin team and be on hand to manage more challenging and complex calls by either, giving the team advice or having the call transferred to them. We are looking for a skilled person, who can manage their own workload, who will both enjoy the challenges and the rewards of working in a busy mental health environment.
Based: Across Hertfordshire with the potential for some work nationally
Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours a week
Rate of pay: £23,750 – £25,000 (dependent on experience)
Contract length: Permanent

The post holder will need to be highly organised, motivated and able to support people experiencing distress.
