Times like these are challenging! Mental health is as important as physical health: everybody has it and needs to take care of it! Mental health struggles can affect anyone, of any age, at any time. I would like everyone, especially young people to know that they are not alone and there are services out there to support them. HMN provide services that help people so they are not struggling alone with their mental health. Thats why I choose Hertfordshire Mind Network to support as a charity.
