About the service

We are providing free courses for 15-18 year olds to promote positive mental health and wellbeing through building confidence, improve coping strategies and support networks.

We are delivering our courses remotely through a webinar platform that allows for the learning to still be interactive and high quality. It is simple to use and once you have booked your course, we will send you an email link which allows you to access the session.
