About the service

We are providing free courses for 13-18 year olds to promote positive mental health and wellbeing through building confidence, improve coping strategies and support networks.

We are delivering our courses remotely through a webinar platform that allows for the learning to still be interactive and high quality. It is simple to use and once you have booked your course, we will send you an email link which allows you to access the session.


Emotional Resilience

Learning outcomes

  1. Understand why we need emotional resilience and how this can help when I return to school or college
  2. Understand how emotional resilience can help manage my anxiety around returning to school or college
  3. Learn ways to build my emotional resilience so I feel better prepared to return to school or college

This course is for 13-18 year olds.

Date: Starts Thursday 13th August 2020

Time: 4.00pm - 6.00pm (including breaks)

Duration: Weekly for 4 weeks
