Our online Peer Learning Courses will enable you to learn new skills, build resilience, boost your confidence and improve your health and wellbeing.

The sessions will be facilitated by a Group Facilitator and a Group Volunteer.

The Peer Learning Summer Courses will run each week:

Thursdays: 1.30pm – 3.30pm (online)

  • 3rd July 2025 – Overcoming Social Anxiety
  • 10th July 2025 – Isolation & Loneliness
  • 17th July 2025 – Building Positive Relationships
  • 24th July 2025 – Daring to Dream

Future course content will be adjusted based on participant feedback and emerging needs and will be agreed by the group.
