Our online Peer Learning Courses will enable you to learn new skills, build resilience, boost your confidence and improve your health and wellbeing.

The sessions will be facilitated by a Group Facilitator and a Group Volunteer.

The Peer Learning Course will run each week:

Mondays: 5.30pm – 7.30pm (online)

There will be no group next Monday (27th January).

  • 3rd February – Understanding Self-Compassion: Part 1
  • 10th February  – Understanding Self-Compassion: Part 2

Future course content will be adjusted based on participant feedback and emerging needs and will be agreed by the group.

We can also help you to access other services, groups and activities that Hertfordshire Mind Network offers.
