Our online Peer Learning Courses will enable you to learn new skills, build resilience, boost your confidence and improve your health and wellbeing.

The sessions will be facilitated by a Group Facilitator and a Group Volunteer.

The Peer Learning Spring Courses will run each week:

Thursdays: 1.30pm – 3.30pm (online)

  • 20th March 2025 – Introduction to Wellbeing
  • 27th March 2025 – Mindfulness & Relaxation
  • 3rd April 2025 – Mental Health & Nutrition
  • 10th April 2025 – Sleeping Well
  • 17th April 2025 – One Mind, One Body

Future course content will be adjusted based on participant feedback and emerging needs and will be agreed by the group.
