NightLight is a countywide out of hour’s crisis service for people who are feeling distressed and experiencing a crisis. We are open on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday nights from 7pm-2am, every week of the year. Read more
We deliver essential mental health support in Hertfordshire, providing a diverse range of services from our seven Wellbeing Centres and other venues across all ten districts of the county. Read more

Our respected "Let's Talk Counselling" service is available at all our Wellbeing Centres. Our counsellors are highly trained and experienced.
Our Community Support Service is here to provide advice, information, onward referral and holistic support to people who are experiencing mental ill-health and drug/ alcohol difficulties.
