We provide an online weekly Peer Support Group, facilitated by our Group Facilitator and a Group Volunteer.
Each week the group has a topic based on the needs identified by participants – for example, wellbeing, self-care, resilience, local community services and resource, coping strategies, practical support etc.
The group provides you with a safe space to share your feelings and experiences, and build your skills, confidence and self-esteem. The group also enables you to make connections and build social networks with others in your local community.
It really helps to be able to talk to other people and know that I am not the only one
The weekly Peer Support Groups will run as follows:
Wednesday: 5.30pm – 7.30pm (online)
Our Peer Support Groups are open access, meaning there is no need to have an initial appointment. You can also attend while waiting for one of our other services or after exiting one of our one-to-one services.
If you would like to attend this group, please email us at: [email protected]
We will provide you with a session link and joining details. You will need a link for each session that you attend. Please note, we will only be able to send joining instructions and links to you during office hours.
If you are not currently a client all you need to do is complete a referral online, or download a referral form and email this to us at [email protected]
Please see our privacy policy for information about how we store your data.
