We provide an online weekly Peer Support Group, facilitated by our Group Facilitator and a Group Volunteer.
Each week the group has a topic based on the needs identified by participants – for example, wellbeing, self-care, resilience, local community services and resource, coping strategies, practical support etc.
The group provides you with a safe space to share your feelings and experiences, and build your skills, confidence and self-esteem. The group also enables you to make connections and build social networks with others in your local community. Â

The weekly Peer Support Groups will run as follows:
