Responsible to: Peer Support Team Lead 

Responsible for:  Working with the team to offer 1-1 peer support to anyone accessing HMN.  The Peer Support service provide tailored, personalised support for someone’s individual needs.

Based: Closest to applicant’s home with countywide travel for clients where required

Working hours: Full time (37.5 per week)

Rate of pay: £22,372 FTE
