Service update: Temporary closure to new referrals

About the service
This free service is provided by staff who have overcome challenges similar to those you may be facing, or who have experience supporting people who care for others. They will support you to explore ways to make life feel easier and help you build on your wellbeing.
How can we help?
The sessions will focus on your needs, to support you with the areas that are most important to you.
We can provide:
- Emotional support.
- Support to improve health and wellbeing.
- Support to access community-based services, activities and resources.
- Building life skills, confidence and self-esteem.
- Support to build social networks and reduce isolation.
Support is provided through:
- One-to-one support at our St Albans, Stevenage and Hatfield Wellbeing Centres
