How to get involved

We have many ways for people with lived experience of mental health challenges to get involved in our charity. You can give feedback, provide compliments or quotes, share your story, or complete questionnaires.

Every bit of involvement is important and helps us improve our work.

“Share Your Story”

Your experience matters. If you’ve used Hertfordshire Mind Network services in the past or are currently involved, we’d love to hear your story. Sharing your journey can inspire others and show the impact of our work.

You can share in whatever format you prefer – writing, video, poetry, art, or any other way that feels right to you.

If you’d like to share your story, contact us at: shareyourexperience@hertsmindnetwork.org
