Mums Matter Admin Volunteer
Purpose of role
We are looking for a Mums Matter Administration Volunteer to support the smooth running of our Mums Matter Service.
This role provides valuable administrative support that helps ensure mums can access group and/or 1-1 support in a timely and organised way. Working alongside the team, you will contribute to the efficient delivery of the service by supporting key administrative processes, maintaining accurate records and helping prepare clients for their Mums Matter journey.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in peri-natal mental health, counselling, psychology, mental health services or administration who would like to gain experience within a supportive team.
Main tasks
Main tasks
- Supporting the administration of new Mums Matter referrals, including processing referral information and maintaining accurate records.
- Preparing and sending first session information emails to mums, booking appointments and ensuring communications are sent before support begins.
- Updating Mums Matter caseload information, referral log and internal databases to ensure records remain accurate and up to date.
- Recording activity on Charity Log and other service monitoring systems.
