About the service
Hertfordshire Mind Network is proud to be partnering with Step2Skills, to deliver the government funded programme Connect to Work. We are helping Hertfordshire residents with health conditions or personal barriers into meaningful employment.
This can include:
- Help in finding paid employment
- In work, but needing support to retain your job
How can we help?
Through one-to-one support and guidance, our personalised approach helps people build confidence, find sustainable work and thrive in an inclusive workplace.
- Discover what work will suit you and your strengths best
- Create or update your CV
- Help with applying for jobs
- Practicing interview skills and techniques
- Working with employers to support you in work
Areas we cover
We offer support across the whole of Hertfordshire, so you can access help from our Employment Advisors wherever you are.
Who can refer
Connect to Work is available is available to any resident of Hertfordshire aged 18+ with barriers to work and searching for paid employment. This can include:
- Mental health conditions
- Care Leaver or care experienced individual
- Refugee or asylum seeker
