Responsible to: Community Support Service Team Leader
Responsible for: To support people with complex needs. Housing will be a primary need. This includes drug and alcohol difficulties and mental ill health. Particularly when they are coming into repeat contact with Police, Tenancy Sustainment Services, Housing and Homelessness Services and Environmental Health Services.
Based: Waltham Cross/Ware
Working hours: 37.5 hours (Full time. Monday-Friday 9-5pm)
Rate of pay: £22,000 – £24,000 per annum pro rata

We are looking for a Community Outreach Worker (Housing) to join our Community Support Service.

Working within our community support provision, you will provide advice, information, onward referral and holistic support to clients with housing issues and coexisting drug and alcohol difficulties and mental ill-health.
