Our Peer Learning Courses will enable you to learn new skills, build resilience, confidence and improve your health and wellbeing.

The sessions will be facilitated by a  Group Facilitator and a Group Volunteer.

The Peer Learning Course will run each week:

Monday: 5.30pm - 7.30pm

We will cover the following topics on a rolling basis:

  • Introduction to Wellbeing
  • Emotional Resilience
  • Building Positive Relationships
  • Building Self-Esteem
  • Overcoming Anxiety and Fear
  • Learning to accept change and uncertainty
  • Sleeping Well

Future course content will be adjusted based on participant feedback and emerging needs and will be agreed by the group.

We can also help you to access other services, groups and activities that Hertfordshire Mind Network offers.

How to access the Peer Learning Courses

Our Peer Learning Courses are open access, meaning there is no need to have an initial appointment. You can also attend while waiting for one of our other services or after exiting one of our one-to-one services.

If you are not currently a client all you need to do is complete a short Enrolment Form.

We will provide you with a session link and joining details. You will need a link for each session that you attend.

Please note, we will only be able to send joining instructions and links to you during office hours.
